Shipping Cost
Standard shipping is free on PawKindly orders shipped to Canada and the United States.
Estimated Delivery
Our current estimated delivery times are approximately 4-6 business days to the United States and 6-9 business days to Canada. These are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates and may vary because of carrier delays, destination, weather, holidays, customs, or other circumstances outside our control.
Tracking
When tracking information is available, it will be provided after your order ships. Tracking updates can sometimes take time to appear after a label is created.
Address Changes
Please review your shipping address carefully at checkout. If you notice an error, contact support@pawkindly.store as soon as possible. We will try to help, but we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered fulfillment.
Delayed, Lost, or Damaged Packages
